1. Match Threads

After each match, post updates in Slack using the formats below. Paste standalone copies of each message to make them easier to copy for future matches.

Full Functional Done

Post in Slack once the robot is fully functional after the match:

Post in Slack once the pit checklist is complete. Attach a picture of the battery (showing the battery label/charge level) to the Slack message:

2. After Match

When returning to the pit after a match, follow this priority order:

  1. Change bumpers FIRST — We can go to a match with a broken robot, but we cannot go without the correct bumpers.
  2. Complete remaining repairs and robot checks.

3. Drive Team Communication

The drive team should tell pit mentors about any breaks and issues after each match.

  • Post breaks and issues in Slack so nothing is forgotten.

5. Champs Test Fields

At Championship events, there are two types of test fields available. Bring the following number of good batteries to each:
